Art You Can Wear: Mixed Media T-Shirt Workshop- Jan 20th , 2027

Turn an everyday t-shirt into a custom, one-of-a-kind wearable masterpiece! Join me at Art Connection for an intimate, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn professional textile surface design techniques to craft your very own designer tee.   

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced maker, you'll discover how to create rich depth, botanical motifs, and vibrant layered patterns on fabric. During this 3.5-hour creative session, you will learn:   

• Gelli Plate Printing on Fabric: Using gelatin printing plates to build colorful, organic backgrounds and soft, blended textures.   

• Stencil & Layering Secrets: Applying crisp stenciled designs, botanical elements, and overlapping patterns.   

• Brushwork & Fine Details: Hand-painted accents and linework to make your design truly unique.   

All main supplies are provided! We supply your t-shirt (just let us know your size when registering), along with all fabric paints, brushes, stencils, gelli plates, and tools. Want to create a second shirt during class? Additional t-shirts are available for purchase on site! Come with friends or come solo to meet fellow creatives in our cozy studio environment.
